If you dont have access to a proper stuffing like they have in Britain, then this is a recipe given to me by my oh.

5 slices of bread into breadcrumbs
1 egg
3 onions
Dry sage
Dry Thymme

Cut bread into very small pieces.  Slice onions and put to cook in water till soft.  Add one egg to the bread crumbs.  Add a bit of salt and pepper.   Add the onions, thymme and sage together and mix.  Add some water from the onions and mix together until soft and binds together.  Donot make to soggy.  There it is
