Supervoice 2.2

This is a fax/data and voice mail client that worked with the old RS Robotics modem.
It was working fine up till 2 weeks ago when it stopped working    

Checking on Supervoice's website it says it is NOT compatible with Xp  
I find that strange as it has been working fine till just lately.
Maybe some update has killed it, I don't know.

I refuse to pay for the update, the price they are asking is a bit OTT when I have already paid for the programme  

Anyway, does anyone know of a programme that will work with an old 56k US Robotics Modem?

All it was used for was receiving Faxes (not many these days) but it was used for an answering machine.

I just object to having to pay for it twice!

I had a look at the site...it says

Aye. but 2.2 does NOT work with Xp.

It is not compatable with Xp.

The newer versions are i.e Supervoice 2.4 to 2.7
