Is it right or appropriate for Scottish MPs (sitting in the House of Commons) to have the massively disproportionate ability to propose, oppose and vote on bills & policy, which affect only England, when English MPs sitting in Westminster are not allowed to do likewise for Scottish policy and law?
For anyone not au fait with the West Lothain Question, here are a few links:
For nearly 300 years the Scots had to put up with the English MPs highly disproportionate ability to vote on bills and policy that only afected Scotland.
