Clackmannanshire Council has become the final local authority in Scotland to confirm it is freezing council tax for the coming year.
Those in band D properties will continue to pay £1,148, not including water and sewage charges.
The move means that all of Scotland's 32 local authorities have frozen council tax for 2009/10.
Finance Minister John Swinney said it would be welcome news for those struggling in the economic downturn. |
