An 8 min video about the unusually windy Dundee, with an eye of a web design student of UAD, with an eye of somebody who's not a tourist, but almost...
This is a short clip taken during our 1963 Summer Holiday to St.Andrews. We made an excursion to Dundee. Prior to the opening of the Tay Road Bridge the only way to cross the Tay (excluding by rail) was by the Ferry which sailed from Newport to Dundee
Seen twa o' meh auld hooses and meh auld church (still their) and seen the toon the way it was when eh wiz just a wee lad runnin up an doon the Overgate, High St an Wellgate.
Brilliant and seen the Fifie (Ferry) that eh wiz on many times as a wee ain.
Eh the Toon as a wee laddie minds o' it.
TAH!!!
