Scottish Salmon.Scottish Salmon caught by a tiny fly!
Caught Monday 13th weighing just over 7lbs fresh from the North Sea.
Been in the river for less than a couple of hours.
No, it is not me in the photo.
I don't like Salmon, prefer a Sea Trout

It had only been in fresh water for a wee while.
It happens fan you gecht aulder un tha brain cells die aff WJ, dinna worry yeh'll hae nein left shortly un the world will make sense tae yeah!!!

I didn't catch that one.
It was the man holding it
It had swallowed the hook so far down it proved impossible to get oot, so he had it for supper. 
He was right beside me as well 
I lost one that was about twice the size, but that don't count and the fish that gets away is always the big one
I will only get one more chance before the end of the season to catch a fish of my own
I don't like Salmon, so it will go back unless there is someone with me that wants it.
There is not the fish around that there used to be To many Trawlers, Seals and Dolphins

They always are, either just a tale or fact in this case.
I was when I lost it, it wasn't even on for long. Hook was straight. It was a barb-less one as well but when a hook bends it makes no difference.
Surprised the line didn't snap as it was quite low breaking strain 8lbs
Hook must have been made in Hong Kong or China

There's no Woollies now, all closed and gone ofr good
Never was the same since they were taken over years ago and stopped selling everything
