Every time I pass this Web-cam I stop and flash my lights just in case there is someone there, I also open the drivers window and give it a wave 
No one has ever said there was a nuttier flashing lights and waving out of the window of a car

The day I sat there for a few minutes till I was told to move it was down I found out later
