He suffered a heart attack on Wednesday night and was taken to

Groucutt, who also sang on the Birmingham band's records, joined the
group in 1974 and left in 1983.

Groucutt played with The Sight and Sound before joining ELO and was

Really sad news, I was lucky enough to see the band at their best from 1976 onwards, Jeff Lynne is someone I have admired for years, a true unrecognised talent,according to another messageboard Kelly was a real down to earth man who always found time to chat to the fans, a great loss.
